The Lodge
at Torrey Pines is located in La Jolla, California overlooking the
Pacific Ocean, immediately adjacent to the 18th green of the Torrey
Pines Golf Course. The Craftsman-style resort features 175 spacious
guest rooms and suites, more than 13,000 square feet of meeting and
banquet space, a 9,500 square-foot full-service spa with 12 treatment
rooms and a Junior Olympic-size pool trimmed in brick and surrounded by
trellised cabanas. A state-of-the-art exercise room and two restaurants,
including the Lodge's signature restaurant, A.R. Valentien, takes its
name from a talented early-1900's California artist whose works in
ceramics, watercolors and oils are now valued collectors items. A.R.
Valetien features fresh regional cuisine served in an elegant, timbered
room overlooking the 18th hole of Torrey Pines Golf Course. The
restaurant's decor also includes an exhibit of original Valentien
artwork.
The Lodge at Torrey Pines is just minutes from La Jolla's shops and
beaches, UCSD, Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation, Salk Institute,
Sorrento Valley and the exciting Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. The San
Diego International Airport and San Diego's major attractions including
